Provision of home services in an emergency situation. The project aims to provide social services to - Adults over 65 years of age with limited or no self-care; - People with disabilities and their families; - Employees of social service providers; - *Adults at risk; An "adult at risk" as a guideline is a person who is: - depending on care, due to disability, immobility or inability to lead an independent and independent life; - in the event that a person or a family member is quarantined in connection with COVID-19; - single parent (s) with a child under 12 years of age who are unable to leave their children alone. A minimum of 8 people will be included.
