Patronage care for the elderly and disabled in the municipality of Mineralni bani

The aim of the project is to support the implementation of measures during the state of emergency and the accompanying imperative period of social exclusion throughout the country, by providing a network of home-based services to limit people-to-people contacts - providing support to the persons most at risk of infection with COVID-19 - seniors over 65, disabled and quarantined, who are forced to stay in their homes. It is envisaged that the services will be provided by 31 December 2020 and will cover at least 29 users in the territory of Mineralni bani municipality through: - Selection and recruitment of staff for the provision of patronage care to overcome the effects of COVID-19. - Delivery of food, food and necessities, incl. medicines, payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (by means of consumers or by means other than the contract) for the persons of the target group. - Transport of patronage care personnel to / from the homes of the target group. - Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants for persons providing patronage care. The project will also carry out information and communication activities. A project management team is also provided. The planned project activities ensure the achievement of the objective of this procedure for the direct provision of grant. They are in line with national and European policies to mobilize available resources and to address the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak.
