"Patronage care in Makresh municipality".

This project proposal is in sync with policies related to improving the quality of life and promoting the social inclusion of vulnerable groups of people in social exclusion, who are most at risk of COVID-19 on the territory of Makresh Municipality by providing a network of services . In a state of emergency due to the Crown Pandemic virus, many of the most vulnerable groups have many difficulties in their day-to-day functioning, such as their inability to provide food, medicine and essentials to meet their electricity obligations, water, etc., access to administrative services is restricted. The project plans to provide services to 12 people: elderly, disabled, disabled and quarantined person or family member of Makresh municipality, in social exclusion due to the extremely imposed measures related to the pandemic outbreak of COVID disease -19. Consumers will be provided with a package of services, including: the purchase and delivery of food, food and necessities, medicines and medicines purchased with consumer funds; payment of utility bills; obtaining urgent administrative services; assistance when needed in carrying out domestic activities. If persons are quarantined within the municipality, the team will be ready to respond as quickly as possible. A team of 4 food vendors will be set up to serve 4 settlements in the municipality - Makresh, Rakovitsa, Podgore and Kireevo. The service will be administered in a municipal property in Makresh village, and a dispatching center will be set up to coordinate activities in the 4 settlements. The food delivery team will be provided with the necessary protective equipment. The project duration is 10 months.
