Patronage care for the citizens of Alfatar Municipality.

It is envisaged to build a network of home services for a minimum of 30 users who need hourly services, all settlements of the municipality. The proposal includes the following activities: recruitment and recruitment of services to address the effects of the coronavirus; delivery of food, food and necessities, incl. medicines, payment of household bills, requesting and receiving emergency administrative services (with consumer funds); provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants to service providers. The patronage care services are aimed at persons who fall into the following target groups: elderly people over 65 with limited or no self-care; people with disabilities and their families; adults at risk. The patronage care activity will be carried out by recruited patronage staff on weekdays. Staff will be recruited on employment contracts and priority will be given to registered unemployed persons. The persons involved will be provided with personal protective equipment and disinfectants. This provides better access to services for vulnerable persons, including people with disabilities or self-care who are most at risk of COVID-19. The implementation of the project creates the conditions for providing vital products and medicines for the population in order to protect it. Through the implementation of the project proposal, staff will be hired to provide services to help overcome the effects of the coronavirus and the opportunity to reduce unemployment will be realized. As a result of the project implementation, the quality of life of the target groups will be improved by creating conditions and support for the effective exercise of their right to independent life and social inclusion, while respecting their rights, taking into account their capabilities and specific needs.
