With the project proposal "Patronage care for elderly and disabled people in Batak municipality" the policies of the present operation for providing additional public resources in support of the state of emergency measures and the consequential period of social isolation will be fulfilled. This will be ensured by providing a network of domestic services with the aim of limiting contact between people, while supporting the ones who are most at risk by COVID-19. The service will be administrated in a building which is property of the Municipality. The envisioned activities are as follows: 1. Granting services for overcoming the consequences of the coronavirus for people over 65 years of age with limitations or impossibilities for self-care, for people with disabilities and their families, for people who are under quarantine and for those who need social services by hours in the municipality . 2. Providing personal protective equipment and disinfectants for the people providing the services. Providing fuel for transportation the personnel providing the services to and from the households. The personnel will consist of home helpers, dispatcher and driver. The duration of the project is 14 months. The number of users who they will be directly affected by the implementation of the project in the municipality The reason is 33 persons. Realization of the project proposal of Municipality contributes to the prevention and support of access to vulnerable persons, disabled people with disabilities self-care, quarantined persons and activities, directly related to the protection of the health of persons at risk in most of COVID-19.
