The current project aims at the Municipality of Pirdop to provide patronage care for elderly, disabled, disabled and at-risk people. The municipality will hire staff to provide home emergency services for the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees will supply foodstuffs, medicines and essentials to the needy, which are purchased with consumer funds. People in need could also be assisted in paying their household bills or in requesting and receiving emergency administrative services. The personnel employed under the project will be provided with personal protective equipment and disinfectants. The service will be provided to 38 people. A dispatch center will be set up in the administrative building of the municipality with one workplace for a dispatcher who will receive, process and transmit the information to the team providing the service. The center will employ 11 people to provide emergency services at the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees will supply foodstuffs, medicines and essentials to the needy, which are purchased with consumer funds. People in need could also be assisted in paying their household bills or in requesting and receiving emergency administrative services. The staff hired under the project will be provided with personal protective equipment and disinfectants and transportation to carry out the activities, and will be provided with a car owned by the municipality for use.
