A selection and recruitment procedure will be carried out within the project to provide services to address the effects of the coronavirus. The activity will employ staff to perform the following functions - Dispatchers, Suppliers, Vehicle Drivers. The main project activity will be the delivery of food, food supplies and necessities, incl. medicines (purchased with consumer funds or by means other than the contract), payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (consumer funds or other means other than the contract). There will be a separate room in the district administration building that will house the dispatch center. For the purposes of the dispatch center, technical equipment will be purchased. Personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc. if necessary) and disinfectants for the service providers (suppliers and drivers) will be purchased. The use of protective equipment will be mandatory for the safety of employees and consumers. Dispatchers will receive user requests over the telephone for their product, medicines or administrative or utility needs. The information received will be processed and systematized. The accepted requests will be fulfilled by the suppliers. The drivers will transport the suppliers to the consumers' homes to receive a shopping cart, and then transport the supplier to the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, utility bureau, office and etc., to fulfill the order placed.
