Patronage care in the municipality of Nikolaevo

he project "Patronage Care in the Municipality of Nikolaevo" will be implemented in response to the emerging crisis situation as a result of the Coronavirus epidemic. The main project activities are targeted at the risk target groups such as: - persons over 65 years of age with limited or no self-care; - people with disabilities and their families, - seniors at risk. These are groups of people in need and who will be provided home care. In this way, the requirements for observing social exclusion, limiting people-to-people contacts and preventing the spread of COVID-19 are met. The main activities to be carried out under the project 'Patronage Care in the Municipality of Nikolaevo' will be: - appointment of 5 domestic helpers, distributed in all settlements of the municipality of Nikolaevo, who will provide hourly services to users of the eligible target groups for the period from 16.03.2020 to 31.12.2020; Domestic helpers will be assigned with employment contracts and job descriptions listing their responsibilities; - the purchase of food and foodstuffs, medicines and other necessities by consumer means; - payment of household and other consumer bills (with consumer funds); - ensuring safe working conditions for domestic helpers, as well as preventing the health of consumers by purchasing and providing staff with personal protective equipment (gloves, reusable masks, aprons), and disinfectants; The duration of the project is planned to be from 16.03.2020 to 31.12.2020.
