Patronage care for the elderly and disabled - Component 3 in the Ovcha Kupel area.

A dangerous pandemic is currently looming over the world of a dead COVID-nineteen virus that only infects a person with touching an object that has previously been touched by a patient. In some countries, the mortality rate reached two thousand people per day. The only one prevention proposed by the World Health Organization is far from minimizing the clustering of people in one place and the ability to touch the very objects that are not disinfected. Many establishments, shops and activities were closed, causing the economy to collapse. Many people lost their jobs. Those who were at risk until extreme poverty. There are also many people who have returned from abroad, they and people who have been in contact with already infected with COVID-nineteen virus patients are quarantined and are not allowed to get out of their homes for fourteen days. They get themselves in a similar situation of self-service inability. The project proposal we are developing from the Ovcha Kupel area Municipality is under the procedure through a direct grant of "Patronage Care for Elderly and Disabled People - Component Three", part of the Human Resources Development Operational Program two thousand fourteen - two thousand and twenty. It aims to contribute to poverty reduction by providing support to the most vulnerable groups and reaching the widest possible range of potential users. In this particular case, Component Three was written to enable the COVID-nineteen threat to be addressed and is in line with the World Health Organization's advice it provides to countries affected by the pandemic. Namely, providing a network of services to improve the quality of life and opportunity for social inclusion of people at risk.
