Through the involvement of human and material resources, the Municipality of Tervel will organize a network of activities that will provide access to services for vulnerable persons, including people unable to self-serve and quarantined persons.Services will be provided on an hourly basis to the homes of vulnerable persons in order to be able to respect social exclusion as a basic method of preventing infection with COVID-19.Service users will be purchased with their personal funds or by means other than the project grant and delivered cooked food, food, necessities and medicines.Consumers will pay their household bills, request and receive urgent administrative services.The staff providing the services will be selected and hired within the project and transport, office supplies, disinfectants and personal protective equipment will be provided for its work. The activities will be carried out by a oatronage unit established within the project. It will include one dispatcher and eleven service providers. The minimum number of persons to use the project services is fifty-five , but the number expected is higher. This is due to the peculiarities of the municipality-more than twenty settlements with no pharmacies and several villages with no grocery stores.At the same time, the population of people over 65 years old is about thirty percent of the total population of Tervel Municipality.
