This project proposal is aimed at supporting older people and people with disabilities who have mobility difficulties in times of crisis and have even more limited access to essential supplies and medicines, and paying household bills. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of life and remove the barriers to social inclusion of people at risk for whom there is a threat in times of crisis, both to meet current needs and to create new ones. In addition, the inclusion of people affected by the crisis in the project most affected by the COVID-19 will contribute to direct support not only for them but also for the prevention of community outreach. The expected short-term effects of achieving this goal are related to providing support for the daily life of vulnerable adults with and without disabilities in the municipality of Vulchedrum. The main activities planned under the project are: recruitment of staff to provide the service, support in the home environment, purchase of necessary products and medicines, payment of household bills and emergency administrative services, provision of personal protective equipment for the persons who will provide the service. The project will also include information and communication activities to consumers on services and the external environment on financing. The number of users is expected to be 120 people from all settlements in the municipality of Vulchedrum. It is envisaged to set up a space for the dispatch center to coordinate activities. The duration of the project is 10 months and the services will be provided hourly for a period of 10 months depending on the needs of the target groups.
