"Patronage care for the elderly and disabled in the municipality of Koprivshtitsa"

The project proposal provides for the provision of patronage care services for vulnerable persons living in the Koprivshtitsa municipality, who are most at risk of COVID-19, as well as for persons in quarantine period. The project targets specific target groups: seniors over 65 with limited or no self-care, people with disabilities and their families and adults at risk. At least 14 representatives of the target groups will be included as users of the services. The implementation of the activities will be administered by the project team. It is planned to hire a staff member to provide the following services: food, food and necessities, incl. medicines and medicinal supplies purchased with consumer funds, payment of household bills, receipt of urgent administrative services (with consumer funds). For the implementation of the services, the staff will be provided with the necessary protective equipment and will be provided with transport - a company car owned by the municipality. Project implementation deadline - 10 months. The implementation of the planned activities of the project will support the measures during the state of emergency and the accompanying period of social exclusion, by providing a network of home services for the most vulnerable persons in the municipality of Koprivshtitsa.
