"Patronage care for the elderly, the disabled and single parents in the municipality of Anton"

This project will provide patronage care for a specific group of people living in the municipality of Anton in social isolation due to the extremely imposed measures related to the pandemic outbreak of the COVID-19 virus disease. It targets a specific target group: elderly people over 65 with disabilities / self-care, people with disabilities and their families, single parents of children under 12 who are unable to leave their children alone. The project target group is 9 people. The project proposal plans to create a team that will provide comprehensive care and support in order to improve quality of life, social inclusion and address the effects of coronavirus. The team will work on-site at the home of consumers, providing the following services: delivery of food, food and necessities, medicines and medicinal supplies purchased with consumer funds,payment of utility bills, receipt of urgent administrative services (with consumer funds). The team will be able to negotiate additional support to meet individual and specific urgent needs. In case of registered and quarantined person or family member residing on the territory of the municipality, the team will provide the necessary assistance. The project proposal activities will be administered at the Anton Municipality building. The team providing the patronage care will be provided with all necessary protective equipment and will be provided with transport - a municipal car owned by the municipality. The project proposal will have a duration of 10 months. This project and the activities planned therein are in sync with policies related to improving the quality of life and promoting the social inclusion of vulnerable groups of people in social exclusion, who are most at risk of COVID-19 in the territory of Anton Municipality, by ensuring of a network of services.
