One of the main activities and responsibilities of the Municipality of Kostenets is the provision of appropriate social and health services for the population as well as its protection in crisis situations. In view of the situation in the Republic of Bulgaria and the provisions for restricting the movement of people, it is necessary to create appropriate conditions for continuous supply of vital products and medicines for the population of the municipality while keeping it safe. The implementation of the activities under the procedure will support the measures imposed by the government during the state of emergency introduced in the municipality, by providing a network of services in the home environment in order to limit contacts between people, while supporting the persons most endangered of infecting with COVID-19.
