Patronage care for the elderly and disabled people in the Pancharevo area

The aim of the project is to support the implementation of measures during the state of emergency and the accompanying imperative period of social exclusion throughout the country, by providing a network of home-based services in order to limit people-to-people contacts - providing support for the persons most at risk of infection with COVID-19 - seniors over 65, disabled and quarantined people, who are forced to stay in their homes. It is envisaged that the services will be provided by 31.03.2021 and will cover a minimum of 88 users in the area of ​​Pancharevo Area by - Selection and recruitment of staff to provide the patronage care service to overcome the consequences of COVID-19; - Delivery of food, food and necessities, incl. medicines, payment of household bills, requesting and receiving urgent administrative services (by means of consumers or by means other than the contract) for the persons of the target group; - Transport of the staff providing the patronage care service to / from the homes of the target group persons; - Provision of personal protective equipment and disinfectants for persons providing patronage care. The project will also carry out information and communication activities. A project management team is provided. The planned project activities ensure the achievement of the objective of this procedure for the direct provision of grants. They are in line with national and European policies to mobilize available resources and to address the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak.
