Health and social development of vulnerable people

The main goal of the project is to contribute to improving the quality of life, social inclusion and poverty reduction, as well as to the sustainable integration of the most marginalized communities, incl. Roma through the implementation of complex measures and the application of an integrated approach. Low education, lack of qualifications, reluctance and lack of motivation to enter the labor market, form this group of people. All this makes them unattractive and undesirable for employment by employers, at the same time most of them are not informed about the opportunities they have by including them in various social and health services. On the other hand, society also has certain reservations about them, due to the risks that arise when starting work without the necessary qualifications and subsequent support. The project aims to support those in need of social support and those in support of employment, which will improve the quality of life of the population as a whole. The project provides opportunities for inclusion in training of 16 people from highly vulnerable groups in the labor market and the acquisition by them of professional skills and qualifications in the profession "Social Assistant". The profession is tailored to the needs of the local labor market. The progressive growth of the aging population on the territory of Tryavna municipality and Plachkovtsi mayoralty imposes the need for qualified and professional training of social assistants to take care of this group of residents of the municipality. The training will be conducted after the completion of the activities for identification of the persons meeting the set criteria of the project and the Association "Tsvetnitsa", as a beneficiary of the project, is committed to hiring 4 of the trained persons in the profession "Social Assistant".
