"Independent and dignified life"

This project aims to improve the quality of life in the Municipality of Strelcha by promoting social inclusion and integration of disadvantaged and special needs groups, into society focusing on the needs and needs of the "individual".The project provides the life of the elderly and dis to be independent and decent, by improving access to and quality of social services. This will also help to provide comprehensive support to the families that provide care for the disabled and the elderly people now. The project provides for services to be provided within 12 months and cover 33 persons with disabilities and persons over 65 in the impossibility of self-service to social inclusion servicet. 33 people will be selected to provide day-to-day care for the target group users in their home environment. The integrated services complex will be provided after individual assessments of individual needs and horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality will be respected. Leading principles in the implementation of the activities will be to place the needs and needs of the "individual" in the "center" and to provide integrated access to social services, according to the specific needs of the disadvantaged person, given its individual assessment. Actious of information and publicity will be taken projects according to the requirements for implementing the information and communication rules 2014-2020.
