BIO NEST

The project will support the social inclusion and professional integration of the vulnerable group of unemployed and inactive women over the age of 54, by creating a new social enterprise in the structure of the BIOMETWORK for applied art articles and creating 2 new jobs for the vulnerable target group. Two management positions will be open. The project activities include providing employment for the persons from the target group for a period of up to 12 months and, if necessary, their equipment. By achieving a result CREATED NEW SOCIAL ENTERPRISE and PROVIDED EMPLOYMENT FOR 2 PEOPLE, we will help to achieve the project objectives and to change specific social attitudes in local communities on the territory of the LAG for empathy for the creation of a social society. . As part of the project, activities for organization and management, as well as information and publicity will be carried out. Online campaigns, incl. in social media will help to promote local crafts as part of the events for information and publicity of the social enterprise. They will contribute not only to the understanding of territorial uniqueness, but also to the recognition of the social economy as a real sector with the potential to solve social problems and important for the development of Bulgarian society. As a result of the implementation of the activities, a functioning and sustainable social enterprise will be created - a social cafe, excellently positioned on the market as a result of precise work of the head of the enterprise. With its own funds BIONET will provide along with providing employment for 2 people from vulnerable groups for a period of up to 12 months, psychological support at work, will contribute to increasing the economic autonomy and independence of people from the target group and their social integration.
