Face To Face services in CESA (Center for employment and social assistance)

The project’s goals are improvement of co-ordination and interaction between Bulgaria’s Social Assistance Agency (SAA) and the Employment Agency (EA) by applying a pilot project for mutual services for the citizens of vulnerable social groups. The realization of the project activities will approbate a model of integrated administrative services through acquiring support for the proceedings of the Centers for Employment and Social Assistance (CESA) which will conduct consulting and informing to facilitate the access to employment and lessen the period of receiving social support for unemployed people who are already on social support. To achieve the set goals, the following activities will be realized: Research and analysis of the offered working methods and processes; Preparation of a working methodology of CESA, regarding the offered administrative services; Acquiring working space, environment and their provision at CESA for servicing citizens; Creating an accessible environment at the CESA premises for servicing people with disabilities; Educating employees at CESA. Mutual education in the workplace. Exchange of experience between employees at CESA; Achieving a new model of integrated services by the centers through a joint approach and interaction between the systems of social assistance and encouragement of employment. Conducting checks by employees of CESA towards the citizens, being serviced; Intermediary assessment of efficiency of the applied pilot model through comparative analysis of the activities of CESA and the other branches of services by SAA and EA; Analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the new model and preparation of suggestions for reform in the system. As a result new and updated processes and models will be introduced to plan and conduct politics and services of the labor market through the created CESA.
