IMPROVING CONDITIONS FOR TREATMENT OF EMERGENCY

The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality of emergency medical care by investing in human capital. The specific objective is to improve the knowledge and skills of the personnel system for emergency care through continuing education. Continuing education will help increase the satisfaction of the "white" sector of high-quality workforce. The project will provide support to medical assistance working in the emergency medical care for the acquisition of specific knowledge, skills and key competencies. The Concept of development of the system for emergency medical care indicated that further training will be realized through the establishment and functioning of the National Centre for Education and Training System for emergency medical care. With the implementation of this project will create the center and start his business. The project will be conducted staff training on emergency units: doctors and health care professionals and staff of the centers for emergency medical care: doctors, health care professionals and drivers. This training will be conducted by modern methods and programs. Furthermore, they will be developed procedures for periodic evaluation of qualifications and skills in emergency medical care. The project is in line with the priorities of the Ministry of Health and complements the measures taken to provide specific training in emergency medical care. The project duration is 34 months and a total budget of 7 million BGN.
