"Increasing the capacity and modernization of the institution by providing specialized training for the employees of the MLSP"

This project was developed in reply to the need for building and enhancing the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (MLSP), for the realization of its public role in the development and implementation of social policy at the national level, by providing access to specialized training and participation in events (conferences, round tables, seminars, workshops, discussions, etc.) related to the exchange and dissemination of experience within the competence of employees, in the context of improvement and upgrade policies. The project implementation will improve the qualifications of the employees from MLSP, engaged in specialized areas of competence - labor market, social inclusion, equal opportunities, non-discrimination, working conditions, the demographic development, etc., and will enhance the capacity of MLSP staff - responsible for the development and implementation of policies in the abovementioned areas, including planning, monitoring and analysis in these areas and improve the skills to take adequate actions and decisions for more effective and efficient performance of their duties. The envisaged activities comprise the employees in the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, outside the staff of the General Directorate "EFIPP". The results of the project - research and analysis of the MLSP staff training needs; providing access to specialized training and participation in events (conferences, round tables, seminars, workshops, discussions, etc.), related to the exchange and dissemination of the experience are directly related to the staff activities and to the improvement and upgrade of the conducted MLSP policies. The certain specific activities and planned outcome complies with the objectives set out under Priority Axis № 1 and № Priority Axis 3 of the OP HRD 2014-2020.
