Workability Assessment

Methodologies will be developed within framework of the project which will serve for both medical assessment (MA) and workability assessment (WA). The principles of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) of the World Health Organization (WHO) will be introduced including the ICF classifiers in the activities of the Commissions on Medical Assessment (CMA) and Commissions on Workability Assessment (CWA). The aim is to implement uniform standardized criteria for description of the functioning, disability and health of the persons which will serve for both the assessment of the type and degree of disability and the possibility of the disabled person to work and to be included into the labour market. Trainee courses are also provisioned for the CMA and CWA employees, in order to help them to work with the new methodologies. The methodologies will be presented and consulted with the stakeholders and announced to the general public.
