The project is focused entirely on activities towards improving the quality of work capacity assesment and the provision of resources in connection with the new functions of the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) resulting from the current reforms of the system of work capacity assesment. It is realized through five components, all directed at institutional capacity and efficiency: (1) analyzing good practices and their application to optimize work processes and criteria for future automation of control activities; (2) analyzing the needs and conducting training for employees whose functions are related to work capacity assesment and control; (3) developing a context analysis on the concept of the social security reform and the new work capacity assesment model; (4) developing a communication strategy and partnership management policy for the purposes of the NSSI's control activities and raising awareness-raising scenarios on the reform of the system of expertise on employability; and (5) supplying the necessary technical equipment for provision of innovative, adaptable and mobile forms for servicing stakeholders within the system of work capacity assesment. The implementation of the project will fulfill the obligations of NSSI under the Concept of Reforming the System of Work Capacity Assesment: the processes of organizing and conducting the activity for the system of work capacity assesment of people in working age, and implementing the required expert, monitoring, methodological and advisory functions; and the measures for building and maintaining the capacity of the System of Work Capacity Assesment within the NSSI structure and with respect to partners and citizens related to NSSI overall activities.
