Improving the efficiency of the income policy and the employability of Bulgarian citizens

Title of the project: Improvement of the income policy efficiency and employability of Bulgarian citizens Main activities: 1. Upgrade of the monitoring system related to the implementation of living standard and labor income policy, with an emphasis on the employees on minimum wage and close to it in order to fight the poverty among the working population. 2. Development of measures with aim to intensify the social dialogue in the area of labor income and living standard at regional and district level, by applying expert methods to assess the impact of stakeholders in the process of planning and implementation of policies towards increase in labor income. In order to achieve the objectives of the action there is a need to be developed a methodology for assessing the interests and needs of stakeholders at regional level for conducting a social dialogue through the establishment of communication mechanisms and introduction of positive practices. 3. Establishment of mechanism for the coordination of the various stakeholders involved in the implementation of the income policy measures through the establishment of integrated information system (IIS). IIS will be created by describing the state of the information environment in the field of labor incomes related to the sources of information, the structure and scope of this information and the available information flows. An automated data retrieval process will be created from available operational databases as well as from other available data sources in order to consolidate them into a new specialized analytical base. Rules will be defined for the transformation of certain data sets and their loading into the analytical database as observable and informative indicators.
