Project partners are Idein Ltd. (the applicant) and Capaconselhamento - Aconselhamento e Psicoterapia, Unipessoal LDA, Portugal. The project is related to IP 5 and aims to improve transnational cooperation between partners from Bulgaria and Portugal, by identifying and transferring to Bulgaria two process-oriented social innovations (SI) based on innovative for Bulgaria combination of existing in Europe approaches. The target groups are employees and employers. The main project result is the introduction of new practices and tools for human resources development and improvement of the work organization and working conditions. The first social practice will test and validate an innovative tool „Short Inventory on Stress and Well-Being (S-ISW)“, which is a scientifically validated test for assessing stress and well-being at work. The second innovation will explore, prototype, pilot within three months and adapt to the socio-economic, cultural and psychological context in Bulgaria, an Employee Assistance Programme - EAP. The project is structured in 9 activities: Project management; Information and communication; Adaptation, validation and pilot implementation of SI 1 – the tool is available for testing from at least 250 employees; Adaptation, validation and pilot implementation of SI 2 - EAP is available to at least 250 employees; Increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders through training for exchange of experience and good practices - trained five experts and one representative of the stakeholders; Evaluation of results - independent; Dissemination of results - organized two workshops; Research on the experience of other Member States; Joining partner networks - membership in the European Forum of EAP providers. Upon project completion Idein LTD will include as new services in its portfolio both transferred innovative practices. The project duration is 14 months and total budget of 143 199.34 BGN.
