EPPSIDTS – European Partnerships for Prevention and Social Innovations for Doctors by Training and Science

The overall objective of the project proposal is aimed at improving cross-border cooperation between the Medical University - Sofia, Faculty of Public Health (PBH) and the University of Milan by transferring and introducing three innovative practices in the labor market; health; equal opportunities and working conditions, and to build specific skills for partnership and development of administrative capacity of the partners in these areas. The main activities (MA) of the project are aimed at the: MA1: Improving active involvement and better employability by adapting and piloting of innovative practices in the field of socially and work-related diseases in children and adults at risk. CH1 will be achieved by the results of the Activity 1 (A1). MA2: Implementation of three innovative practices in the FPH related to training and prevention of socially and work-related diseases. MA2 will be achieved through the results of A2. MA3: Increasing the capacity of partner medical universities in Sofia and Milan, by sharing innovative practices for working with specific vulnerable groups of children and adults at risk aimed at employees of health care providers. MA3 will be implemented in stages through A1, A2 and A3. MA4: Improving the active involvement and better employability of eligible target groups of IP 8 by transferring innovative practice - Integrated national information and education campaign to promote health literacy of children and adults at risk and the promotion of healthy lifestyles and work. MA4 will be achieved through the implementation of A1-4. MA5: Evaluation and dissemination of results of the transferred three innovative practices resulting from the partnership between the FPH and the University of Milan. MA5 will be achieved through the implementation of A5 and A6. The project objectives are fully consistent with the purpose of the procedure and is in line with the objectives of OP Human Resources Development 2014-2020.
