Youth Employment and Participation

The project studies and transfers two successful model-from Poland and Wales. Adapted and introduced two social innovation, process-oriented-developing new methods and approaches The first innovation covers the economically inactive and not included in the education and training young people with xenophobic and racist attitudes, marginalized youths with criminogenic behaviors and ultras. The pattern is transferred from a partner Sazani Associates, UK, with success in working with young people with similar behavior.Through creative alternative programs achieved inclusion desire for active labor participation and acceptance of differences–qualities, necessary for successful integration at the labor market of young people The second innovation is related to development of a comprehensive program for activation of inactive youth who are not looking for work-one of accentuated in The Youth Guarantee vulnerable groups.Practices for creating innovation are transferred from a partner Polish Council of Youth Organizations Innovative for Bulgaria, both social practices will show that they need new stimulating activities to remove young people from isolation and to invest in themselves and in their successful professional realization. Youth organizations are very useful for this purpose. The project proposal is in of the IP2: Sustainable integration into the labor market of young people, particularly those who are not engaged in employment, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and youth marginalized communities, including through implementation of the youth guarantee(ESF) The target group of the project is economically inactive young people who are not in education and training aged 15 to 29 incl. Through the project achieves Specific objective in IP2, the promotion of transnational cooperation terms of exchange of experience, best practices and models for sustainable integration in the labor market for young people up to 29 incl
