New approaches and instruments for HR development in Ecobulpack's group

The main objective of this project proposal is the transfer of social innovations for creating a life long learning system through transnational cooperation. The target group consists of 200 employees who will use the created instruments and will increase their knowledge and competences. The project will launch by the formation of a project team and the distribution of tasks between its members. The activities will continue by analysis of the Italian experience in life long learning and analysis of the training needs of Ecobulpack, as well as Ecobulpack’s subsidiaries. We will conduct a study tour to Italy for identification and adoption of innovative models: how to train people; how to use ICT instruments in training and how to prepare training video materials. The following activities are aimed at the transfer of innovative practices - other people at management levels will learn how to train people; the training web based platform and video materials will be created. Through the transfer of those practices and their implementation in we will increase our capacity in using new tools and approaches in the learning process by creating a system of lifelong learning. In additional activity we will disseminate results through informational event. Visualization will be provided throughout the whole project implementation. The achieved results will be evaluated by an external evaluator. By transferring these practices we will meet the managerial staff's needs of easily understandable and updated information on the legal changes, technological novelties and technological potential of the Ecobulpack’s subsidiaries as well as the training needs of the employees with lower qualification. The project will contribute to the creation of an united internal training system with equal access for all our employees in Ecobulpack‘s group.
