“I know what, teach me (show me) how” project is aimed at improving access to employment and quality of the workforce through transfer and introduction of a social innovation to support self-employment and entrepreneurship in times of economic crisis, which by itself will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Human resources development Programme (OP HRD) in implementing the strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion. The project includes the following activities: -Adaptation and validation of social innovation to support self-employment and entrepreneurship in times of economic crises. The study of social innovation and the contribution of the foreign partner will allow the successful transfer of best practices in that field. -Increasing the capacity of the partners and stakeholders. Through specialized training activities and prototyping, the social innovation will enhance the capacity of 14 Bulgarian experts and will contribute to the sustainability of the innovation introduced in the long term by applying it in other regional branches of CEIBG. -Pilot action and implementation of social innovation. Testing the innovative model among the 8 representatives of the target group will give an opportunity to see the direct effect achieved by the project. It is expected that 3 persons will start their own businesses by registrating a business entity after implementation of social innovation -Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements -Dissemination of results achieved by the implementation of social innovation in Bulgaria will allow adequate evaluation of the implemented innovation and be successfully distributed model to a wider range of stakeholders -Networking, twinning to exchange practices in the implementation of effective policies and models for encouraging self-employment -Organization and project management -Information and communication
