European model for sustainable employment and development

The project puts forward a formation of an innovative and complex model for management and development of the human resources in EMA Ltd. by transferring and concentration of existing practices from other EU-countries, considering the individual needs of the employees and employer. As a combination of social innovations, the model furthers achievement of steady employment, improvement of labour quality, working conditions, forming an expert for managing the human resources in EMA Ltd to meet the challenges of fast changing social, economic and technological environment. The model is based on new technologies as means of communication and also shows a high stage of efficiency, stability and profitability. During implementation of the project, the capacity of the experts in human resources is getting higher. Capacity of employers and organizations, supporting the business by improving the working competitiveness, is also growing. The spread of the results of this product enables a creation of informal solid net in EU, subject to identify priorities, realization of common activities, reaching of stable work load and development of human resources in enterprises. By circulation and multiply of these results, an added value to executed practices, approaches and practices for management of human resources in the companies, is also attained.
