"EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCES AND BEST PRACTICES FOR SUCCESSFUL LOCAL GOVERNMENT"

The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve transnational cooperation between Italy and Bulgaria through the transfer and implementation of social innovation and best practice in local policies for social inclusion and combating poverty. The specific objective of the project is to build additional administrative capacity for the implementation of local policies for social inclusion and combating poverty on the local level in Lesichovo municipality and the Pazardzhik region, of social institutions and social service providers through the transfer and adaptation of two innovative social practices. The project is part of Thematic Objective 11, Investment Priority 11 of the procedure. Within the project initially two specific innovative social practices in Campania, Italy will be studied and analyzed: "Center for Social Initiatives and Innovation CITTA SOCIALE" and "I plan and implement social policies". Based on the study transfer of these practices will be performed by preparing an analytical report and developing a 4-module training program. As part of the program a training visit in Campania will be implemented with 20 participants of the target groups. 12 trainers will be trained to apply the model and two training seminars for 30 members of the target groups will be organized. The model will be piloted in Lesichovo municipality by creating a dedicated space, hiring a manager and associate professionals and testing the innovation. Innovative practices will be promoted by holding three information days with the participation of 90 persons from the target groups, a national conference with the participation of 50 representatives of stakeholders, as well as the planned information and publicity activities. The assessment of the logical link between the objectives and activities with the results achieved will be implemented by an external expert / organization.
