Implementation of innovative practices in the preschool education

Project "Implementation of innovative practices in pre-school education" will conduct a package of activities to improve learning process in kindergartens. During the implementation of the project activities with transnational scope for exchange of good practices and the introduction of social innovation will be conducted. As a result, 3 types of innovative practices in preschool education will be transfered to meet the project goals. Best practices in the EU-15 will be investigated about the identified social innovation under Activity 1. Activities 2 and 3 will have a transnational scope as well as they provide an exchange of experience with Greek partners by conducting trainings and discussions. To achieve the procedure indicators, 4 types of innovative practices will be identified during the project and 3 of them will be transferred into the practice during Activity 4. Afterwards their effect in performance will be measured during the subsequent evaluation of the results. As part of Activity 5, achieved goals of the project will be tracked in order to meet the needs of the target group, identified in p.5 Section 11 of this form. To achieve greater social impact, the results will be disseminated among decision makers in the field of pre-school education in the form of information events. The specific objectives of the project are fully committed to the identified and subsequently transferred innovative practices. Their implementation will lead to the achievement of the overall project goal and the goals of Investment Priority 5 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to the problems", Component 1 "Transnational Partnerships for Jobs and Growth" under Priority Axis 4 "Transnational cooperation" of Operational Program "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020.
