Adapting and introducing of innovative model to promote self-employment by the municipality Hradec Králové in the municipality of Montana.

The project will be implemented under Component 1 of the procedure, namely "Trans national partnerships for jobs and growth" thematic objective 8, investment priority 4, "Self-employment, entrepreneurship and business creation, incl. Innovative micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. " Montana municipality is located in the less developed European region with many structural problems and development bareers - low investment activity, migration, weak development of small and medium enterprises, low level of business innovations. Based on this, municipal authorities have to put efforts on design and implementation of measures for promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment. The proposed project is based on the idea to identify and implement good practices from Technology Center - municipality Hradec Kralove - Czech Republic. A systematic approach in implementation of innovative measures requires several related activities: situation analysis, field visit of the successful models, selection, adaptation and consultations with stakeholders, development and pilot testing of the model, implementation of innovative practices, evaluation. The proposed project approach follows the classical scheme of the project cycle with attention to every single stage. The project involves situation analysis, site visits, a forum for discussing and working formats for formulation and adaptation of the measures, development and pilot testing, activation of the measure, promotional activities, visualization and evaluation of the results.
