Agents of Change

The target group is economically inactive young people which are not in education or training, aged 15-29. The project is aimed at solving the following issues: lack of connection between the institutions and the economically inactive young people and lack of experience in job searching. Those problems are to be solved through adapting and transferring of two social innovations, targeting at innovative application for online communication with inactive young people and implementation of online CV generating platform. Main objective of the project is sustainable integration of people from the targeted group into labor market through transfer and implementation of two social innovations and improvement of the transnational cooperation. The specific objectives are targeted at: identification of innovative models in EU; increasing the capacity of the partners and the interested parties; implementation of social innovations targeted at improvement of the communication between the target group and the institutions and improvement of the opportunities for realization of economically inactive young people on the labor market; obtaining an independent external verification for achievement of the innovative results; achievement of high awareness of the project results. Activities provided in the project are: conducting of research and analysis of innovative methods and practices; adapting and piloting of two social innovations; increasing the capacity through training events; evaluation and popularization of the achieved results. That will contribute to the following results: minimum five identified suitable innovative models; conducted training events; adaptation, transfer and piloting of two social innovations and two awareness campaigns conducted: one, targeted at the specific transferred innovations and one at the realization of the project and the funding received.
