The proposal sets tasks related to establishment and improvement of transnational cooperation between the candidate and three organizations from different European states, in order to achieve transfer of good approaches which are to be the basis for the development of three separate social innovations. The innovative practices are aimed at improving conditions of life and employment, as well as social inclusion of some of the most vulnerable individuals–people with mental disorders, their children and families.
