Social innovations in extraction of aggregates and manufacturing of concrete mixtures

The project "Social innovations in extraction of aggregates and manufacturing of concrete mixtures" is aimed at transfer of innovative practices in human resource development and improving the organization and working conditions in companies engaged in the extraction of inert materials and the production of concrete mixtures. The project will implement transnational cooperation and exchange of best practices and transfer of three social innovation. The overall objective of the project is to improve the welfare of human resources and the activity of enterprises engaged in extraction of aggregates and concrete mixtures through interregional cooperation aimed at transfer of social innovation and best practices in the labor market and the quality of jobs. Action 1 provides for specific analysis and research on the experiences of Member States within the Danube region in order to identify specific practices outlined areas of social innovation. To achieve the indicators of the procedure will be identified a total of 4 innovative practices, three of them will be transferred to the implementation of the following activities of the project. Activity 2 includes conducting workshops and visits to enterprises for extraction of aggregates and concrete production in Romania. Activity 3 will ensure the development, validation and transfer of innovative practices in "Evrostroi V. Tarnovo" LTD. Under Activity 4 will be increased capacity to transfer innovative practices of other employers in the industry. The effect of the actual implementation will be measured in the subsequent assessment of the results of the Activity 5 in view of their applicability to the needs of the target groups. To ensure multiplication of the results will be disseminated among decision makers in the construction and mining industry through informational events Activity 6.
