"Eurocrate"

This project aims to improve inter-regional and transnational cooperation between partners from two Member States of the EU, through identification and transfer of n.2 Innovative practices, exploiting the international contacts that the team of "Adele" has developed over the years. In developed European countries, the Business Environment can already benefit of different innovative tools to monitor, develop and submit innovative projects on European programs. In Bulgaria, a large part of European funds remains not spent due to a number of issues, the most important of which is the poor knowledge, between Professionals and SMEs, about the different European programs and funds available in various sectors. This problem will be addressed through a highly innovative IT tool: EUROCRATE. The online application "Eurocrate", a chatbot adapted from the original Italian to Bulgarian standards, will be combined and integrated with innovative non-formal learning methodology to foster awaraness, knowledge and competences in EU Projects. With EUROCRATE, people will have easy access to various European programs, while the new training methodology will give them the tools to size the many European opportunities: this will improve the business environment in Bulgaria and support innovative enterprises in various sectors as well as social and economic, helping achieve the main objective of the European Union - "United in diversity".
