Innovative practice for corporate social responsibility

Fundamental purpose: Transnational cooperation for exchange of experience, best practices, training, creation and implementation of comprehensive innovative approach to corporate social responsibility. Activities: Action 1: Analysis and study the experience of Romania and Bulgaria in terms of practices and models of corporate social responsibility to identify innovative practice Activity 2: Making of transnational cooperation, exchange of experiences and good practices and training to increase the capacity of employees to develop and integrate innovative methods and approaches CSR Activity 3: Development, adaptation and validation of innovative practices in corporate social responsibility Activity 4: Pilot implementation of innovative practices in corporate social responsibility by conducting training seminars to enhance the capacity of partners and stakeholders and prepare social reports Activity 5: Evaluation of the results achieved in terms of the applicability of the innovative elements of CSR Activity 6: Dissemination of results Activity 7: Information and Publicity Activity 8: Organization and management of the project. Main results: - Identification and transfer of innovative practices in corporate social responsibility based on applying new approaches to sustainability of organizations through investment in human capital and employee training; - Exchange of best practices, peer approaches to finding solutions to common problems, build specific skills Partnership; - Assess the impact of the transferred innovative approach to CSR and disseminate the results of piloting innovative practices.
