Transnational partnership for transfer of good practices for social inclusion of children and young people from minority groups living in segregated areas

The project proposal is focused to transnational cooperation in the field of social inclusion, integration of marginalized communities, such as Roma through transfer of social innovation and good practices under Component 1 and IP 7. The main objective of the project is to create transnational cooperation, exchange of experience and best practices, transfer of social innovations in order to ensure social and economic integration of marginalized communities such as Roma. Specific goals are directed to: 1. Identifying good innovative practices in the EU according to the needs and characteristics of the target group. 2. Acquiring skills and strengthening transnational cooperation, improving capacity of project partners about the process of transferring innovation. 3. Adaptation and validation (transfer) of 3 social innovations aimed at social and economic integration of the target groups. 4. Achieving broad public awareness in terms of the direct and indirect results of the project. 5. Obtaining independent external confirmation for the achieved innovative results. The project envisages the following activities: research and identification of innovative methods and practices in the EU, improving the capacity of the partner and vice versa, review of the partner’s experience; adaptation and validation of 3 social innovations; external monitoring and evaluation of results; activities to inform the public, establishing a network of cooperation. The activities will contribute to the direct results: • At least 3 identified suitable EU innovative practices and implemented by the partner – Romodrom • Acquired skills for transnational cooperation and improved capacity between partners • Three adapted and validated social innovations in real circumstances • General public will be informed about the achieved project results • Positive external evaluation of achieved innovative results • improved and strengthened transnational cooperation between CMDN and Romodrom
