Transfer and introduction of innovative models, approaches, and practices in the area of lifelong learning in the context of 3D virtual reality

THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL is dedicated to satisfy the need of ensuring equal access to digital web-based resources for lifelong learning in the area of the key technology for 3D virtual reality in the third and fourth industrial revolution - a 3D laser scanning and its industrial applications. It is designed to deal with the challenge of transfer and implementation of two social innovations in Bulgaria by promising models, approaches and practices, developed and applied in Germany, in the field of lifelong learning in the context of 3D virtual reality, THE PROJECT IS FOCUSED ON opportunities for continuing professional / qualified development / self-development of employed persons of all ages, but it is relevant to other social groups interested in the project subject. THE MAIN MEASURABLE AND ACHIEVABLE GOAL OF THIS INITIATIVE IS: a complete learning resource of methodology, digital learning content, web-based learning forms, interactive communication tools and flexible learning processes placed in a common virtual space of web-based platform to be created/adapted by means of the envisaged transfer. Providing a modern virtual environment for independent remote lifelong learning, THE PROJECT WILL REVEAL UNKNOWN AND UNEXPLOITED OPPORTUNITIES of acquisition / updating of knowledge, skills and competences of the labour force and it will encourage the employed persons of all ages to be at the level of the industrial revolutions. THIS PROJECT PROPOSAL is configured of interrelated activities that describe the lifecycle of the implementation of social innovations. IT INCLUDES: an applicability study of the transferred innovations; creating / adapting of digital web-based learning resources; software availability of learning processes; providing of pilot classes; creating of conditions for dissemination of project results; organisation and management of the project; information and communication activities.
