Transnational transfer of innovations and good practices for improving the quality of employees in audit and consulting firms in Solvency II Directive implementation

This project proposal plans activities that are aimed at identifying and transferring two innovative social practices, which will be implemented through nine activities. 1. Adaptation and validation of identified two social innovations that are based on innovative models, practices, services, products, applied by the Cypriot partner, and piloting models in Audit - Correct Ltd; 2. Increasing the capacity of the target group through the organization of seminars and workshops to promote the exchange of experience, exchange of information, best practices and innovative approaches between partners; 3. Assessment of the results. The project proposal will be implemented within the Component 1 of the procedure in implementation of IP 5: Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change in order to achieve the specific objective to IP 5: Promote transnational cooperation in terms of exchange of experience, best practices and patterns to increase the number of covered employees in companies that have introduced new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources and improve the organization and working conditions in the project activities will be 12 persons including representatives of the permissible target group 5 IP, namely employed, employed and self-employed persons, employers, operating in the field of auditing and actuarial consulting.
