Transfer and introducing of social innovations in Ringo 2005 B Ltd.

"Ringo 2005 B" Ltd. provides training for preschool in English and Applied Arts. The project under IP 5 is aimed at stimulating employees in the organization of the applicant and in other companies with similar business entities to update their knowledge, skills and competencies through use of best experience of other MS; introducing flexible and innovative learning forms. The aim is to improve the adaptability of employees and employers to the changing requirements of the labor market in the area of preschool education by increasing workforce quality and development of transnational cooperation in human resources through exchange of experience, introduction of innovative practices and providing equal access to opportunities to improve skills of employees.The project will contribute to mitigating the lack of balance b/n demanded and supplied qualitative educational services. The project envisages identification of 8, adaptation and transfer of 4 social innovations through best practices study, peer approaches to finding solutions to common problems in areas such as labor market and job quality; building specific skills in partnership and administrative capacity in these areas. Activities:Organization and Management; Preparation of specific analyzes § studies on the experience of other MS; Adaptation and/or validation of social innovations based on innovative models, practices, services, products etc. in other MS and/ or pilot implementation of the developed innovative approaches and models – Identification of 8, adaptation and transfer of 4 social innovations; Increasing the capacity of partners and stakeholders regarding the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of best practices and innovative approaches - organization and conducting of seminar, working visits in Thessaloniki, training of the target group and other stakeholders; Evaluation and dissemination of results; Information and communication.
