Administrative Capacity Building In The Field of Social Inclusion through Transnational Cooperation and Transfer of Best Practices and Innovative Solutions

The idea of the project is to promote active cooperation with an experienced foreign partner and exchange of best practices and innovative solutions in the field of social inclusion, contributing to the improvement of skills and competencies of administrative staff in Tvarditsa municipality in terms of planning and implementation of social policy in this area through the transfer, adaptation and implementation of innovative model of communication and cooperation with key stakeholder groups and participants in the planning process and modeling of social policies. Target group of the project are employees of public administration structures providing social services. The efforts are focused on creating conditions for improving the making process of social policies / services by adapting and introducing innovative practices to coordinate with key stakeholder groups in the process. The social innovation is a System of workshops for modeling social policies. It consists of organizing workshops, which will involve users of social services and social service providers who together will create new solutions for the community in the field of social inclusion. Citizens will be actively involved in making decisions, ie. will serve as co-designers of policies.All participants are equal partners in the planning of appropriate measures, services and social policies tailored to the needs of society. The implementation of the project will help develop the capacity and efficiency of the target group; improvment of communication and cooperation with social service providers and civil sector, optimizing the planning and modeling of social policies and measures for social inclusion.
