Implementation of social innovations to encourage the employment and the entrepreneurship amongst the elderly people of age above 55

Project's main activities include: - Analyses and identification of good and innovative practices for creating and increasing of the skills and the qualification, encouragement of the employment and the entrepreneurship amongst unemployed and employed persons of age over 55; - Increasing the capacity of the team of the Candidate and the interested parties in regard to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of good practices and innovative approaches for encouragement of the employment and entrepreneurship; - Adaptation and implementation of a social innovation: specialized internet site with interactive information and on-line platform for training and qualification; - Adaptation and implementation of a social innovation: development of a specialized mobile software application for encouragement of the employment and the entrepreneurship; - Distribution of the achieved results: carrying out a training seminar and a closing project conference; - Assessment of the achieved results. The realization of the activities of the project, namely the development of an informational-analytical product; carrying out an international mobility for increase of skills and qualification and the international cooperation; development of digital communication-informational instruments for support of the main target group, as well as the common organization with the project Partner of a training-informational seminar, are in compliance with IP 1 of the current procedure with specific aim: "Encouraging the transnational cooperation in regard to the exchange of experience, good practices and models for encouragement of employment for the persons who are looking for job and the inactive persons of age over 29 years", as well as with IP 6 with specific aim: "Encouragement of the transnational cooperation in regard to the exchange of experience good practices and models for ensuring of equal access for the employed to possibilities for life long learning".
