„You Are! – Transfer of identified social innovations”

Project „You Are! – Transfer of identified social innovations” is aimed to improving transnational cooperation between National Employment Agency (NEA) and the French Public Employment Services (PES) - Pole Emloi. It focuses on identifying successful initiatives and innovation in the labor market in France and the subsequent transfer of these innovative social practices and expertise in Bulgaria. The main project activities that are in line with the objectives of the procedure are as follows: 1. Strengthening the administrative and expert capacity of partners and stakeholders through the exchange of experiences and good practices; 2. Adaptation / Validation of social innovation in EA; 3. Purchase of equipment, furniture and DNA to ensure the newly introduced innovative practices; 4. Assessment of the results achieved in relation to the applicability of innovative social practices; 5. Dissemination of results; 6. Organization and Management; 7. Information and communication The planned activities are aimed at identifying and transferring social innovations to benefit customers and the exchange of expertise and administrative experience in order to increase the capacity of the employees of the EA. As a result of the project will be identified and transferred two social innovation: 1. New electronic services introduced in the practice of EA; 2. Adaptation of identified good practice - such as "finding career paths" for job seekers. As a result of implemented interventions through joint development and implementation of this project with partner PES, France, will identify and implement actions to find common solutions to common problems, exchange best practices, experience, know-how related policy employment promotion. The acquisition of new knowledge and skills will contribute to the improvement of existing tools by introducing innovative elements and increase customer confidence to EA as an institution.
