Six innovative practices will be identified during the project realization, two of which will be tranferred, namely: Online Training Center and WEB - advisor for employers. The planned activities are in line with IP5 and IP6 of the procedure and meet the needs of the target groups of the two investment priorities - employees, including employed and self-employed; employers. This will address the pressing social demands associated with limited time for learning of active people and the increasing use of online services, which can happen at any time of day. The practices are innovative because they offer innovative services, and the overall creation and management of online training center and maintenance of WEB - Advisor for employers are new activities for the applicant and for our region.
