Innovations in Global Advisers

The main objective of the project is to promote transnational cooperation in the exchange of the best practices, know- how transfer and implementation of innovative practices contributing to the development of human resources and improving the organisation of labor in Global Advisiors corp. Participation in the project will take 15 persons, including persons in leadership positions, employees and temporary employees (outside experts) in Global Advisors and 20 employers and other employees. In tne project will be performed the following activities: 1 Organization and project management; 2.Information and communication; 3. Working visits in the Czech Republic for exchange of experience and good practices; 4. Adaptation and validation of innovative practices in human resource development and improving the organization of labor; 5.Training Task Force to work on the newly introduced innovative methods and use of developed software system; 6. Evaluation of the results achieved; 7.Roundtable presentation of the transferred and implemented innovative methods and creating a partner network. After implementation of the project activities are expected the following results: promoting the project and EU financial support; exchange experiences and best practices among partners and identify innovative practices to be adapted and transferred in Global Advisors SA; adaptation of two innovative method to the needs of target groups; developed and introduced methodologies; developed and implemented two software modules: Human Resource Management module and module for human resources development; delivered 2 laptops; transferred and validated two new innovative practices; conducted training for 15 employees of the candidate to learn about innovative practices introduced; An assessment of the results achieved; prepared report; disseminated results and set up a cooperation network. The main indicator of the outcome of the project - two identified innovative practices and two transferred.
