Competitive employment through new technologies

The project contributes to the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change. He is the current response to changes as a result of a dynamic economic environment, the requirements of the modern labor market and the latest achievements in the field of ICT. The project aims to provide opportunities to improve the conditions and quality of work in enterprises, increasing the chances of employment for employed and self-employed persons and to reduce the risk of social exclusion, by adapting, transferring and piloting of two social innovations based on the new ICT in the field of cloud computing: 1. The virtual remote workplaces for companies and their employees and self-employed. 2. Virtual platform for team work in small businesses. It is envisaged that adaptation and piloting of both practices among: 1) to 75 employees in small enterprises from various sectors of the economy; 2) to 25 self-employed persons from various professions who are interested in this type of work. For this purpose, project planning activities to ensure the necessary hardware and software technical infrastructure; qualified human and institutional capacity; with the cost of studies and analyzes and approaches to training and raising awareness among stakeholders about the economic and social benefits of both practices. The virtual remote workplaces and virtualnate platform for teamwork are a form of occupational mobility of workers. Today, more and more employees are able to work from a distance using the latest ICT. In its opinion, the European Economic and Social Committee /SOC/283-22.04.2008g. defines "labor mobility as an indispensable tool for quality jobs and performance of the labor market." In recent years, EU Member States with a high level of labor mobility, recorded strong economic growth and reduced unemployment share.
