"Transnational cooperational support of implementing best European practices in the field of social franchise, in favor and for achievement of certain social objectives of the non-profit sector"

This project is focused on the implementation and multiplication of an extremely innovative socio-economic activity that combines both European sustainable business practices and the added value that generates the organization of social activities. This social franchise is aimed at providing permanent employment for young unemployed, inactive or those with disabilities while they include social groups that support their integration into society in a creative way. Project activities are organized in strict logical sequence and upgrade so as to achieve quality transfer, adaptation and implementation of innovative practices.    For the implementation of both the target initial project activities are oriented towards research and nominating models of social franchising operating in partner countries and demonstrated their socio-economic activity.    On this basis will be developed modern digital educational tools will be formed appropriate training content to ensure quality piloting, transfer and adaptation of three practices. In the process of adaptation and implementation of best practices of social franchise in the "Tourism" will be realized among representatives of NGOs and social enterprises in the municipality of Burgas. Effective practices for Social Entrepreneurship in online business and marketing will be adapted and implemented among the target group in the municipality of Plovdiv.    Representatives of the target groups will gain new knowledge and skills to work with innovative e-learning tools and learning contents in their direct work with young people with disabilities. They will create conditions for organizing successful social franchise establishment in both municipalities.
