SuccessBOX is a modern tool to provide new innovative service for Bulgaria for development of human resources and improvement of the organization and working conditions by promoting lifelong learning and adapting to change. SuccessBOX will be developed through this project based on transnational cooperation and exchange of experience with Polish partner FAIB with extensive experience in training and motivation couching. In the form of subscription of a particular time period (month, quarter, six months) and the type of the applicant (employed and self-employed people, small or large employers' organization), SuccessBOX will deliver inspirational materials for development of the skills in teamwork, time management, improving the personal qualities and adaptation to changes in personal or professional life.
